GAZA – Direktur Rumah Sakit Indonesia di Gaza Utara, Dr. Marwan al-Sultan, mengatakan, RS Indonesia telah dikepung oleh tentara Israel selama beberapa hari. Di dalam rumah sakit, puluhan pasien berada dalam kondisi kritis, antara hidup dan mati.
Dr. Marwan menyatakan, tentara Israel mengepung rumah sakit tersebut dan melarang siapa pun keluar atau masuk. Air dan listrik telah diputus selama dua hari terakhir, dan tim medis tidak dapat keluar untuk mengisi ulang persediaan air atau menghidupkan generator.
Al-Sultan menambahkan, tentara Israel juga mencegah Palang Merah memasok makanan, air, bahan bakar, dan peralatan medis, yang mengakibatkan kondisi sulit bagi 88 orang yang terjebak di dalam rumah sakit, termasuk 30 pasien dan 15 staf medis.
Dia juga mengungkapkan bahwa puluhan korban syahid dan terluka masih tergeletak di jalanan tanpa ada yang bisa mengevakuasi atau menyelamatkan mereka.
Dia mengatakan, tindakan Israel ini adalah bentuk genosida dan pemindahan paksa, sementara dunia internasional hanya diam melihat.
